Basic Level 1 Instructor Certification
This course is the first in the KMU Instructor Certification Program. Candidates must have been training for a minimum of 1 year and be an Orange Belt or above. Candidates are expected to know all the subject matter they will be teaching and this forms the online portion of the course which is be completed prior to attending a live assessment of knowledge, skills and teaching ability.
This course is designed to give greater knowledge of the teaching methodologies,concepts and practices associated with Krav Maga and is the first step on the road to becoming a KMU Instructor.

The course starts now but must be completed before you attend a corresponding live Instructor Certification for the same level.

Do I have to take this online course or can I just do the live course?
Yes, this online portion is a pre-requisite for the live course which must be passed before being allowed to take the live course. The whole point of this online section is to cover theory which can be done at home freeing up more time on the live course for hands on training. If you don't know the material in this course you simply won't be able to keep up on the live course as you won't understand some of the concepts being discussed.
